Let me share my journey. When I started my journey into perimenopause, I believed what so many of us do—that weight loss in menopause was impossible. I was juggling a busy work life, family responsibilities, holidays, and social events. Sound familiar? Yet, despite all of that, I managed to find a way to control my weight, and I'm finally living my life—without obsessing over food or spending hours at the gym.
