Having witnessed the misinformation, frustration, and isolation women often face, I set out to create a movement that redefines this journey. My mission is to provide no-nonsense, time-saving strategies and holistic support that honor the feminine rhythms, helping women reclaim their power and live life unapologetically. Lylith's Why
My mission is deeply personal because I’ve been exactly where you are. During my own journey through perimenopause, I have felt like I was losing control of my body and mind. The weight gain felt relentless no matter what I tried, brain fog turned even the simplest tasks into uphill battles, sleepless nights left me drained, and the anxiety often crept in when I least expected it. I get it—it’s frustrating, isolating, and downright overwhelming at times, especially with the lack of tailored information and misinformation that's out there.
But here’s the thing: I refused to believe that struggling was just “part of the deal.” I made it my mission to find real, practical tools that actually work—not quick fixes or empty promises, but strategies that respect and work with the rhythms of a woman’s body—my body. Along the way, I have learned how to embrace this phase of life as a time for transformation, not just survival and live in harmony with my wyld nature.
Now, I’m here to help you do the same. Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or anywhere in between, I want to guide you toward a life that feels vibrant and full of possibility. Wyld Womanology was founded by Lylith, and although she would love to be able to do it all, she realises that at this phase of her life, to avoid burn out, and to be the best coach she can possiblly be, delegation is key. Therefore, Lylith invited Ro to join the team, and together they collaborate and work togeher to plan the best possible workout programmes and challenges that complement the Wyld Womanology ethos perfectly.
